Why do I love my job?
I love my job because it allows me to positively impact the employee experience. I have the opportunity to inspire, support, and mentor individuals, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.
When I’m not at work, you can find me….
You will generally find me spending time with my family, especially the grandchildren. I also like to play guitar and sing (not very good at it!).
How does what I do impact others?
If I do my job right, I can help people grow and learn. “You are only as successful as the effort you put in and the people you surround yourself with.
2 favourite things about your life journey so far?
One of my favorite things about my life journey so far is how much I have grown as a person. Every challenge and experience has taught me valuable lessons that have shaped me into who I am today. Another thing I love is the amazing people I’ve met along the way—friends, mentors, and even strangers who have inspired and supported me in ways I never expected. However, my most favourite thing about my life is my grandchildren.

I enjoy working with people who are passionate about learning and ready to put new ideas into production.
